I recently found myself sitting across from AJ Applegate, a radiant 35-year-old with a laugh that could fill a stadium and a charm that’s impossible to ignore. She's a force of nature, known for her magnetic presence and a smile that lights up every room she enters. As we spoke, I quickly realized that the joyful, vibrant woman you see on screen is the same one you meet in person. She’s confident, witty, and unapologetically herself. Get ready to enjoy a fascinating conversation with a one-of-a-kind star.

Interviewer: AJ, let's start at the beginning. Tell me about the girl you were before you became "AJ Applegate."

AJ Applegate: I was a firecracker from the start! I was a cheerleader, a singer—anything to be in the spotlight. My family was huge, a real-life chaotic comedy, even though I was an only child. I always wanted to be on stage, entertaining people. I think I spent more time perfecting my stage presence than my algebra homework.

Interviewer: What led you to the industry, and what was that journey like?

AJ Applegate: I was working at a strip club, which was my first taste of performing for an adult audience. From there, I started modeling, which eventually led to fetish work. I knew then that the adult industry was where I belonged. The timing just felt right. I had a dance career I was passionate about, teaching and performing for professional sports teams, but the pull of the adult industry was always there. I knew if I didn't try it, I'd regret it forever.

Interviewer: Your name is iconic now, but it wasn’t always your name, was it?

AJ Applegate: Nope! My first name was Kaylee Evans, but I quickly realized it was as common as a coffee shop. I felt like I was just another face in the crowd. People had been telling me since I was a kid that I looked like Christina Applegate, so the name just stuck. I liked the ring of AJ Applegate. It felt unique and memorable, and I wanted to stand out.

Interviewer: Can you tell me about your first scene? What was that day like?

AJ Applegate: I was a bundle of nerves. When I got there, I was blown away by the scale of the production. It was like a movie set! Once the cameras started rolling, though, everything fell into place. The director, Ken Dark, told me he was amazed it was my first time. He said some people who have been doing this for years still forget to look at the camera. I guess it’s a natural talent!

Interviewer: What was your family’s reaction when they found out?

AJ Applegate: My family knows, and it was a bit of a shock at first. My mom found out from my uncle, which was definitely not the way I wanted to tell her. She took a couple of days to process it, but then she sent me a text that meant the world to me. She said she loved me and that as long as I was happy, that’s all that mattered. My dad was the same. They’re still easing into it, but it’s becoming a regular topic of conversation now.

Interviewer: You’re known for your contagious happiness on camera. What’s your secret?

AJ Applegate: I just love what I do! People say, “it’s work,” but it’s so much more than that. I get to express myself creatively and physically. I get to meet amazing people and create something entertaining. It's truly a blast.

Interviewer: Let's talk about the infamous AJ Applegate rear end. When did you notice that was becoming your signature feature?

AJ Applegate: (laughs) I've had a big butt since I was little, but it really started getting attention in high school. My girlfriends would mention it, but I didn't think much of it until boys started to notice. I guess I was a late bloomer in that regard!

Interviewer: You've had some unforgettable scenes. What are some of your favorites?

AJ Applegate: Oh, there are so many! I recently did a scene with Johnny Sins that was shot underwater for Brazzers, and I have a feeling it’s going to be a classic. My scene with Jada Stevens and James Deen was incredible, too. Honestly, every time I work with Evil Angel, it's a great experience.

Interviewer: What gets AJ Applegate off?

AJ Applegate: Definitely oral. I love that intimate connection, that feeling of being close and personal. When a guy doesn't kiss you or connect with you, it’s hard to get into it. But when we click, it’s magic.

Interviewer: Any big plans for the future?

AJ Applegate: My main goal is to keep doing what I love for as long as I can. I’ve heard whispers of a gangbang scene in my future, which I'd be up for. I'm also holding out for MILF status—that’s the ultimate career goal, right? (laughs)
